Classification and Function of Chipboard Screw Carbide Dies
Chipboard screw carbide dies are primarily divided into two categories: header dies and thread rolling plates. The header die is responsible for forming the head structure of the screw, including core components such as the main die, wire die, scissors, upper punch, lower punch, punch sleeve, and sleeve piece. The thread rolling plate is mainly used for threading and is divided into two types: machine thread rolling plates and self-tapping thread rolling plates.
